Apulian recipe

Tridd in Aunt Nina's broth

"Tridd" (whose name is in Daletto), is a typical Apulian recipe, made with simple ingredients but requiring a slow preparation time and very careful preparation, traditionally by hand, in fact they are mainly prepared during the holidays.

Let's go shopping

  • 500 g of semolina
  • 2 eggs
  • Chopped parsley
  • Meat for the broth
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese

How to prepare it

Place the semolina, eggs, and a generous amount of parsley on a pastry board. Knead, gradually adding the broth and then the Parmesan. Let the dough rest. Once ready, cut into discs, let them dry, and then cut into strips and then into squares. Your tasty tridd are ready!
