- Garlic

- Black olives
- Mushrooms
- Artichokes
- Hanging tomatoes
- Salt and pepper
- Parsley
- Pecorino cheese to taste
How to prepare it
Drizzle oil in a pan and sauté the garlic, add the peppers, cut into strips, and cook for a few minutes. Then add the olives, mushrooms, and artichokes and mix everything together. Finally, add the tomatoes and season with salt, pepper, and parsley. Cook the spaghetti separately in plenty of salted water, drain al dente, and toss in the pan with the sauce. Once ready, add the pecorino cheese and... enjoy!
